Have you heard the news? The Girls on the Run FALL 2022 5K date has been set! Join us on November 6 for a day of inspiration, joy and unforgettable new memories. Our 200 participants have put in the hard work this season, and now it’s time to cheer them on as they power up and achieve their dreams. Anyone can participate in the race you can walk, run, skip the entire 5K or help us on the volunteer side of the race. We usually have almost 100 volunteers to help set up, register, cheer and clean up. If you want to volunteer and run the race, just choose a volunteer assignment that doesn't take place between 1-2 pm.
