On September 25, 2025 the Community Awareness of Rappahannock Electric Charity, Inc. (CARE Charity) Board met to review applications submitted for The Power of Change (TPOC) grants.

Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC) and the CARE Charity Board received a total of 69 applications requesting over $598K in funding. The CARE Charity Board voted to award 39 applicants a total of $104,896.00 in available funding.
